Arabian Ranches is an exclusive gated villa community quite a way out from central Dubai. Considered on the higher end of the property market, it is characterised by its privacy, spacious properties and old Arabia style design.
Set in the heart of the desert on Emirates Road,Arabian Ranchesis located 9km inland from intersection 4 on Sheikh Zayed Road near the Mall of The Emirates. There is easy access to Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Sharjah from Emirates Road and it is only 15 minutes to Dubai Airport. You can bypass all the Dubai traffic and go to Al Khail Road to get anywhere in town.

Arabian Ranches has been designed specifically for families and the property price tags means they tend to be fairly well off. Generally this is a Western expat area.
Amenities & Facilities
The main amenity for residents of Arabian Ranches is the Arabian Ranches shopping centre which has a host of retail options including opticians, a bookstore, fashion outlets and home décor stores, plus Le Marche supermarket. There is also a beautiful new mosque for Muslim residents and the Dubai Polo and Equestrian Club are close by, both of which have nice restaurants.
The community is made up of townhouses and detached villas.
