Real Estate Experience is beneficial but not essential

You should have a UAE Driving License or an International license that can easily be converted to a UAE license

The role of Property Consultant is on a commission only basis. This means that your monthly income is dependent on your success in closing deals that month. You will be paid 50-60% commission on all property transactions successfully closed. This allows you to maximise on uncapped earning potential.

Depending on the role you have been offered, you will be provided with a Financial Planner to help you budget accordingly for your relocation. Your Recruitment Consultant will discuss this with you during the initial interview stage.

In order for us to proceed with your employment and visa processing we will require that you to provide us with the following documentation:

  • Passport Copy (Validity not less than 6 Months)
  • Highest Achieved Education Certificate. Attested at the UAE embassy in the country that your education certificate was achieved, as well as The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the UAE (Please note any cost for attestation is at the expense of the employee)
  • Visit Visa Copy – If you arrive in Dubai with a one-month visit visa, and have incomplete documents or any issue with education certificate attestation, then it is likely you will have to apply for an extension to your visit visa, to avoid overstay fines. Please understand we are unable to process your visa and work permit without a complete set of the aforementioned documents.
